By submitting a service enquiry, you ask APN Home Limited to review your requirements and, where appropriate, share the relevant enquiry information with one or more suitable independent APN Network members, installers or service providers.

This service-related contact is distinct from general marketing. Consent to receive unrelated marketing communications should be requested separately and is not a condition of submitting an enquiry. 5. Independent Installers and Service Providers
Any installer or service provider introduced through APN Boilers is responsible for:

Any agreement for boiler installation, replacement, repair or another service is entered into directly between you and the relevant installer or service provider.
APN Home Limited is not normally a party to that contract and is not responsible for enforcing it.
6. Your Checks Before Appointing an Installer
You are responsible for deciding whether to appoint an installer and should carry out your own checks before entering into an agreement.
